THE VEDAS

Most of the great religions of the world owe allegiance to certain books which they believe are the words of GOD or some other supernatural beings, and which are the basis of their religion. Now of all these books, according to the modern savants of the West, the oldest are the VEDAS of The HINDUS. A little understanding, therefore, is necessary about the VEDAS.

This mass of writing called the VEDAS is not the utterance of persons. Its date has never been fixed, can never be fixed, and, according to us, the VEDAS are eternal. There is one Salient point which i want you to remember, that all the other Religions of the World claim their authority as being delivered by a Personal God or a number of Personal beings, angels, or special messengers of GOD, unto certain persons; while the claim of the HINDUS is that the VEDAS do not owe their authority to anybody, they are themselves the authority, being eternal- The Knowledge Of God. They were never written, never created, they have existed throughout time; just as creation is infinite and eternal, without beginning and without end, so is the Knowledge Of God without beginning and without end. And this knowledge called the VEDANTA was discovered by personages called RISHIS, and the Rishi is defined as a Mantra-drashta, A Seer of Thought; not that the thought was his own. Whenever you came from a certain Rishi, never think that he wrote it or created it out of his mind; he was the seer of the thought which already existed; it existed in the universe eternally. This sage was the discover: the Rishis were Spiritual Discovers.

This mass of writing, the VEDAS, is divided principally in to two parts, the Karma Kanda and the Jnana Kanda- the work portion and the knowledge portion, the ceremonial and the spiritual. The work portion consists of various sacrifices; most of them of late have been given up as not practicable under present circumstances, but others remain to the present day in some shape or other. The main ideas of the Karma Kanda, which consists of the duties of man, the duties of the student, of the householder, of the recluse, and the various duties of the different stations of life, are followed more or less down to the present day. But the spiritual portion of our religion is in the second part, the Jnana Kanda, the Vedanta, the end of the Vedas, the Gist, the Goal of the Vedas.

The essence of the knowledge of the Vedas was called by the name of Vedanta, which comprises the UPANISHADS; and all the sects of INDIA- Dualists, Qualified-Monists, Monists, or the Shaivites, Vaishnavites Shaktas, Sauras, Ganapatyas, each one that dares to come within the fold of Hinduism- must acknowledge the Upanishads of the Vedas. They can have their own interpretations and can interpret them in their own way, but they must obey the authority. That is why we want to use the word Vedantist instead of Hindu. All the Philosophers of India who are orthodox have to acknowledge the authority of the Vedanta; and all our present day religions, however crude some of them may appear to be, however inexplicable some of their purposes may seem, one who understands them and studies them can trace them back to the ideas of the Upanishads. So deeply have these Upanishads sunk into our race that those of you who study the symbology of the crudest religion of the Hindus will be astonished to find sometimes figurative expressions of the Upanishads- the Upanishads become symbolized after a time into figures and so forth. Great spiritual and philosophical ideas in the Upanishads are today with us, converted in to household worship in the form of symbols. Thus the various symbols now used by us, all come from the Vedanta, because in the Vedanta they are used as figures, and these ideas spread among the nation and permeated it throughout until they became part of their everyday life as symbols.

ORIGIN OF THE WORD HINDU.

The word Hindu, by which it is the fashion now a days to style ourselves, has lost all its meaning, for this word merely meant those who lived on the other side of the river Indus(in Sanskrit, Sindhu). This name was murdered in to Hindu by the ancient Persians, and all people living on the other side of the river Sindhu were called by them Hindus. Thus this word has come down to us: and during the Mohammedan rule we took up the word ourselves. There may not be any harm in using the word of course; but, as I have said, it has lost its significance, for you may mark that all the people who live on this side of the Indus in modern times do not follow the same religion as they did in ancient times. The word, therefore, covers not only Hindus proper, but Mohammedans, Christians, Jains, and other people who live in India. I therefor, would not use the word Hindu. What word should we use then? The other words which alone we can use are either the Vaidikas, followers of the Vedas, or better still, the Vedantists, followers of the Vedanta.

I know that Its been 2months and i Once again feel so sorry to have not been in to writing here. But Its not the one which happens so frequently. Will These Change Anytime by Anychance??!!

It is the heart of the city. One of the Posh areas in Chennai city...The place where it is said most of the famous personalities live and the top most entertaining department works here 24*7. Even the most privileged Oscar Award and the winner resides here. Its nothing else but Kodambakkam. It struggles with various problems. Even completing more than 60years of independence, our government doesn't wish to forget British rulers nor want the public to do so. That is why they remind us about them in various forms. One amongst them is by show casing the British electricity connections to the public now and then :) Already even in some places where the electricity lines are quite fine, power supply proves in sufficient as there is a minimum 2to3hours of power shut down in TN except the main cities. In between this, in the most important cities like Chennai, the Electricity Connections reminds us of the power shut down in other places by bursting out now and then :) If an electrical engineer could happen to see the cables provided by government which works from inside the road and from transformers, he will definitely faint down as the quality is to the core worst. This is what makes us doubt whether the govt is safeguarding the connections done by the Britishers :) Neither these connections resist with an average rainfall nor with the hot sunny climate. More than public, these are the most affected to the climatic conditions :) Of course how come we can expect it to resist??!! We should not forget the point that these are the cables which are purchased through the so called Tenders by the Govt. Tenders are those which has different groups of people competing for the contract and in government's view, whom ever quotes the lowest rate will get the contract signed. Apart from this there is an unwritten rule too ie a suitcase with so and so should have got transferred to the concerned Minister :) So under these circumstances how can we expect for top quality cables which proves efficient??!! In fact when we are unable to get efficient rulers itself, how far are these cables!!??!! :) Moving on to the next is the infrastructure. The ruling party in the state today boasts for its success over bringing up various fly overs around the city. But did they ever think about the internal infrastructure ie street and main roads??!!! Never did they. So even in most acclaimed areas like kodambakkam, people are forced to suffer with worst condition of roads. There is no evenness in the roads which make the rain water enter in to the houses when it rains heavily and the most pity in this is a particular part of a street(slope side) suffer because of water entering in to their place but the other part lives safely. This is because the roads are not even. One more thing which i want to share with you is the brilliance of our government and The Electricity Board in TN. The matter is:

We should pay them a sum of money as a deposit kinda(we all have paid it in fact) and they say the sum paid is returnable to us when we write up a letter and surrender the connection ie if we say them that we don't need power supply, they will return the amount to us..I was Awe-Amazed when i heard this from an official from TNEB :) :) Who will do such, as there is no alternative option for power supply??!! How brilliant our rulers are!! :)

Concluding, We have Oscars here in the City but is that alone enough??!! Or just the Fly Overs(most of them built for personal benefits) are enough for the city??!!!

Could SL Govt Be Loyal Enough??!!! We Should Really Watch Carefully.

"Yea. This is the time. Its the end of a 26yr old fight. Its our Victory." These are the quotes mentioned by the SL Govt in the recent times after their victory over Mr.Prabhakaran of LTTE. It is a welcome fact that a kinda terrorism is been put to an end in SL. One third of the island was in the control of LTTE over the years which is now no more. In the time of gaining a lead over them(LTTE) the question of SL Govt being Loyal towards the civilians becomes a doubtful note too. I would like to share few points in this regard with you all. Over the years The SL Govt had its partiality towards Sinhalese than the Tamils which made the root cause for all that has happened and happening in SL. But there were Sinhala leaders like Premadasa who really ought the way of political solution for the on going problems in Lanka then. But to the most unfortunate scene, LTTE brutally murdered Mr.Premadasa. LTTE has been known widely for its brutal actions which made them a banned group in most of the countries. But people should also be aware of the facts over SL army. It had brutally raped a wide no of civilians over the years. In the name of interrogation youth and even male children are taken by the army and killed. When Mr.Puleedeevan(Political leader of LTTE) was coming towards the army for surrender in the battle field recently with holding high a white flag as a symbol of peace, the army did not even bother about it but shot him and few people who were heading with him dead. The conditions of the civilians in the refugee camps by SL Govt are to the core pity as the civilians are not given enough treatment(altogether) and many are even in the urge of death it seems. I recently read in times online that in a particular place a Single Doctor holds 44,000 Injured Civilians. By forefronting all these points only the LTTE were pleading to the world nations to make SL Govt stop the war. But it was intentional too. I totally blame both the LTTE and SL Govt for the present worst situation of the civilians. Poor are they. Now it is the duty of the World Nations, especially India to intervene in this issue and provide security and proper care at present for the affected civilians and next to bring a political solution with fair means that Tamils get the equal rights and live peacefully. Because i really really doubt that this would not be possible without India and World Nations' Role as SL President proves really doubtful to the max till now(kindly recall the brutal acts of army at present which i have mentioned above). The Conditions of the civilians prove so worse at present. Of course this happens in every war. But it is the duty of the Govt to overcome such problems which SL Govt till now has failed to. Over a period of time me and various people blame SL Govt for not being loyal towards the civilians in their refugee camps or the so called Safe Zones. If readers don't believe in my words, kindly read Times online. Concluding(only in this post) It is because of both SL Govt and the LTTE, the condition of civilians in SL has gone so worse. World Nations should join hands to save them. Because, they have been saved out from one group which was ruling them so badly but we should remember that there is another group alive(SL Govt). So this is not an easy problem to be left out as only because the LTTE has come down.

A FEW LOOK BACKS OVER THE SRILANKAN CRISIS AND FEW POINTS TO BE READ.

"Ruthless Rajapaksey Killing people, wont the world stop all these??" " Our Leader Prabhakaran can only bring the solution to this situation and no one else" etc etc....Do not wonder why am i quoting these!! These kinda speeches are spoken by a lot of people in the recent times in Tamilnadu and outside India and Srilanka. Of course i do agree there are ruthless killings of civilians taking place. But in view of this, various groups in and outside India trying to create a scene that LTTE is the only group which is fighting for the Civilians. But is this the fact?? People who watch this crisis which is taking place for more than decades will definitely agree that the present situation is much worse than the past that we could witness a lot of people being killed in the name of abolition of LTTE. But one could not denie the fact that LTTE and its leader Mr.Prabhakaran are the main root cause for the present situation in Srilanka. Of course in the earlier days of this crisis the Sinhalese enacted riots over Tamils in Lanka and so many Tamil organizations rose in favor for the civilians especially and one amongst them was LTTE which was in to severe action from 1980s. LTTE was formed in 1970s where it jumped in to its earlier act when Tamil youth were restricted admissions in Lankan Universities. In 1972 a group named in Tamil "Pudhiya Tamizh Puligal" ie New Tamil Tigers was formed which later became 'Tamizh Eezha Vidudhalai Puligal' or the LTTE. When various other groups for tamils had the principle of bringing a political solution for this crisis, LTTE and its Chief Mr.Prabhakaran believed in Terrorism or in their language should we say Fight for Freedom by being a Rebel. The first and foremost victim of LTTE being the member of United National Party and Mayor then for Yaazhpaanam, Mr.Albert Dhuraiappa. Assassinating a person who doesn't carry or use any weapon but varies by principles with others isn't a act of terrorism??!! LTTE and its chief wanted them to be the one and only fighting for the civilians and in getting the separate country. This is what made Mr.Prabhakaran kill several other tamil leaders like Amirtalingam, Neelan Tamilselvan, Sabharathinam etc and also several Sinhala Leaders like Premadasa, Vijayarathna, Lalith Adhulath Mudhali etc. LTTE doesn't stop there but even entered in to India and did the most cruel assassination of our former PM Mr.Rajiv Gandhi. In fact Mr.Prabhakaran himself quoted long time back that If he gets the independent country for the Tamils in lanka then there would surely be a Military Dictatorship alone in the Eelam land.It is even said that LTTE forceably indulges a large no of children in to the war by providing them with enough training. Training includes Tortures too.

Now lets see that is Independent Tamil Nation or the Eelam is the only solution??!! A separate Eelam is asked for the people of northern province of Lanka. If that is achieved, will a large no of Tamil people who lives in places like Colombo and Eastern province of lanka agree to live in the northern region (where eelam will be formed) along with those people??!! I strongly feel no. Because it is believed that a wide range of thoughts and principles severely vary amongst the people of north and east lanka already and so definitely the eastern province Tamils will say no to live in the independent Eelam as they might neglect to leave their life in the east. In fact many families who were living in eastern lanka and now in India when spoke to me were against LTTE and were blaming them for all the present happenings. I have a good friend who is a refugee from Srilanka presently lives in another country. He is a staunch supporter of LTTE but not his father. He himself has told me this once. In fact his father faced the most brutal acts of Sinhalese it seems but still he is against LTTE and their several acts. Coming back to the point, Eastern people are not going to accept to live with northern people in a separate Eelam if its formed. And what is the assurance that the Sinhalese will not insist the eastern province Tamils to go away to Eelam in case if its formed?? !! If such kinda incidents happen, then even the Srilankan Govt will not be able to control the emotions of Sinhalese. So the situation will still go worse even after forming Eelam. But who thinks of all such??!! If we get carried away by emotions and arrive at decisions in that regard, then i am sure those will not last long instead will create various other problems. In Indian freedom struggle, there was a person called Aurobindo Ghosh who was a rebel who believed in Terrorism but at last arrived at a decision that his way of approach will not bring any kinda solution to the problem and so became a famous spiritual person Swami Aurobindo and also started expressing his thoughts and fight for freedom by starting a magazine called "Aarya" Even when Subhash Chandra Bose was leading a separate military and fighting against British, he respected Mahatma Gandhi to the core and abide him at various circumstances. Even our freedom struggle has witnessed ruthless people like Gen.Dyer, Lord Dalhousie etc as equal to Rajapakshey of Srilanka. But Gandhiji who was leading the freedom movement did not rise with emotions during various ruthless acts by The British against Indians, instead thought practically and politically and that's why we are able to ripe the fruit of freedom for so many years now.

Concluding, Terrorism doesn't going to bring any stable solution and Independent Eelam is not a practical solution. Even we gave a separate nation named Pakistan to a section of Muslims under their demand in belief that it will be a solution for the on going riots then but does it prove effective??!!! I leave the answer to the readers themselves. Anyways, i appeal that world nations should join together to ensure that Tamils get equal rights in Lanka and live with peace. There can be a separate state in Srilanka with powers but a separate country cannot be a solution at all. I can still give you all a lots of unknown facts but i feel let me stop here as of now. And one important point i wanna make here is that LTTE or Pro LTTEs will always pose as if they are the one who care for Tamils in Lanka and oppose people like me. But i am least bothered about such people. The almighty knows who really cares and who get carried away by emotions alone.

DMK HAS BEGUN ITS DEMANDS

Chennai, May 17 (ANI): Having played a key role in ensuring a United Progressive Alliance's success in Tamil Nadu, the M.Karunanidhi-led Dravida Munnettra Kazhagam is likely to ask seven cabinet berths in the new set up of government at the Centre.

DMK wants to retain Surface Transport and IT ministry among others, a Times Now report quoted sources as saying on Sunday.

DMK sources had earlier stated that they were eyeing cabinet posts for Kanimozhi, Maran and Azhagiri.

Sources said that DMK chief and chief minister of Tamil Nadu, M. Karunanidhi would visit the national capital on Monday (May 18) to meet Congress president Sonia Gandhi over the matter.

Putting up a strong showing, the UPA constituents DMK and Congress were racing to capture a lion's share of the 39 Lok Sabha seats in Tamil Nadu. 'I give credit to the DMK government in Tamil Nadu. The mandate is clear,' said Maran, former Communication and IT Minister.

M K Azhagiri, Chief Minister M Karunanidhi's son, registered success from the Madurai Lok Sabha seat trouncing CPI-M's P Mohan by a margin of over 140,000 votes. (ANI)

After enacting all kinda underplays in polls in TN, The DMK has had its results which they themselves had created and so keeps on high no of demands in the post result scene to the Congress. When people are killed in a several no in Srilanka with the help of The Indian Govt nor in any public related problems even inside TN, Hon.MR.Karunanidhi of DMK had the role of just writing up letters to PM and at last for the sake of Polls he also dramatized a world's 1st ever 6hours hunger strike. But now again he shows his real face as the sources say that he might soon fly to New Delhi for the sake of Cabinet posts. JAI HO :)

TECHINICAL MALPRACTICES

With no previous records as like this, the missed out names in the rolls during the TN election 09 was maximum to the core. I myself could listen to a large no of my friends and relatives complaining still that they could not vote this time. 5 out of 10 i meet say this. People who live at a particular place for more than 60, 70yrs were also forced to return with no names. I have mentioned this in a short form during my post on the day of poll. But why such complaints arise?? Especially in urban places?? The reason is quite predictable that its the fear to lose in these places. It gives us a clear cut doubt that it was very well planned and executed by the State Govt. Why do i blame the State Govt for this??!! Before each and every election, the revenue department of the state govt with the prior order of the district collectors who are in turn directed by the state EC carries out the verification of names in the voters list in each and every district. Most of the times there will not be a problem for people who stay at a particular place for a quite a long period of time even if the verification is not done. But this time it was vice versa where even such people found their names missing from the rolls. In fact in many places the names of the whole family were removed from the list and in most of the places in cities people blame that there were no one who came for verification nor it was not proper. How come it is possible and that too in Urban areas???!! The ruling party and its alliance were comparatively weak in their vote bank at urban areas especially this time where the money game cannot be played and also where a wide range of national thinking voters and educated ones are present. By seeing this particular missed out names in a larger no from urban areas, we are made to assume clearly that in order to avoid the loss of these votes, the ruling party has firmly planned and succeeded in this regard. TN Election Results- A REVIEW.

Let me start with an earlier quote of mine in one of my previous post where i have mentioned that DMK's malpractices during the day of poll in TN was lesser than compared to what it use to be during their regime. It means that the capturing of polls or casting fake votes which are the usual happenings were lesser. That is why i left a smiley over there after the quote in my post on 13th. Because, i was expecting different results in TN than what the exit polls or the public were saying (Exit polls were so much against DMK-CONG alliance in TN). So that i could be able to continue my review after the results. But more than my predictions the results are so much in favor for the ruling party in TN. My expectation was that the DMK-Congress would get around 10to14 seats maximum in TN out of which 50% would be the results of issue of money to the voters, removal of a wide no of voter's names from the rolls, booth management and other techniques. But the results have proved that these kinda practices were more in no than what we all assumed. Which has resulted in almost 28seats for the DMK alliance. Let me mention few happenings on the day of count. In the Sivagangai constituency where Mr.P.Chidambaram of Congress was contesting, he was put back by a large no of votes almost through out the day of count but during the end of the count, suddenly there was a re count announced before declaring the victory of the ADMK candidate who was on the lead from the beginning and Mr.Chidambaram's Victory was declared by just a very marginal no of votes which was 3000 and odd. In Virudhunagar constituency the no of votes which were registered were 7,44,880 during the day of poll but the no counted was 7,67,563 during the day of count. The difference was around 23,000 votes and the DMK alliance candidate was announced the Winner with a lead of 15,000 votes over the Star Candidate Mr.VAIKO from the ADMK alliance. But it is the Madurai Constituency where the DMK candidate made the duty of the counters of votes so simple as he announced that he will sweep the poll easily with a margin of 3,00,000 votes soon after the polling began and the result was almost the same that he had a victory with 1,50,000 votes lead. These are just the samples. When everyone were so firm and clear about a fact that the DMK lead alliance will not top the chart this time, the results are the other way round. It clearly shows the amount game which was underplayed and other technical malpractices in the elections 09 especially in TN. Ofcourse anything can be done for the sake of stopping the communal parties come in to the power :) Anyways, hats off to the kinda Democracy which is prevailing in the Country today. JAI HIND.

Regional Parties Rule Over The National Parties- A Threat.

Since India had its independence, The Congress had the main course of rule both in the national level and also in the states of our country. Then it was Jansangh which was later transformed as BJP had its existence in to the politics at national level. Meanwhile there have been several regional parties which emerged in various states in our country and gained a fine recognition among the people of the particular states it was on. In Tamilnadu in the 1960s we had Dravidian parties in to existence especially the DMK in the begining with its founder C.N.Annadurai which came to power by 1967 overthrowing the then great leader who was on power in TN Mr.Kamaraj of Congress. Same as here, several regional parties had its existence in different states in the country almost in the same period of time or later. This was slowly weakening the national parties' gain in the states as like The Congress going down from a formidable place till 70's to a almost no where place now in TN and also in many other states. Regional parties mainly took up the lingual recognition as the DMK was fore fronted with scholars in Tamil and also by keeping the point of regionalism than the nationality. ANNA kept the issue as Tamils should rule Tamilnadu and so as many others in their own states took up similar kinda issues. Why is it been discussed here because Congress had its ultimate period of regime since independence in TN till parties like DMK came in. But the present situation of Congress in Tamilnadu has been weakened to an extent that it has to stand in front of the Dravidian parties which command over the state. Its vote bank which was more than 50% even after the DMK's existence has come down to 15% in the state at present and similar is the case in many other states for the party.

The role of regional parties in the parliament elections and the formation of govt in the center has become enormous over the years as top most national parties like Congress and BJP is been forced to tie their hands in front of the regional parties to run the govt which is the most uncertain scene for our country. I believe that except our nation, we could no where witness such a situation. Public has lost their sense of voting for different kinda elections for ex the lok sabha, assembly and corporations and has fallen to the regional parties with no other option as even the national parties fear to stand alone in various states for the lok sabha elections. This take over of the regional parties over the national parties has ended up in a very peculiar scene of no single national party having its majority in the parliament. This drastic change has took place only in the recent years which push back the central govt to act on its own in public welfare activities where either the regional parties who support the Govt for its run stop few activities nor change its genere. Even our Prime Minister Dr.Manmohan Singh had a similar kinda statement recently in a press meet that the regional parties prove an hindrance to the running of the Central Govt and in many of its activities. Not only that, as i mentioned earlier, it has also resulted in no single national party having its majority in the center with the effect of various regional parties vote banks. Even now, in 2009 parliament elections National parties woos many regional party leaders even before the results in relation to form the next govt at center as they fear of having their own majority. The regional parties say that this is how they can bring in various welfare activities to their states from the center. But it has resulted as a hindrance in reality than their point. A government at center should care equally for all the states of its nation and the state governments should woo and get their allocation of funds from the Center. This is the only way where we can develop our country and not by the regional ones taking the lead over the national parties and proving an hindrance.

The General Public should not fall in affection with the regional parties alone nor their free gifts in parliament elections but should vote in view of who should form the govt at center so that a better governance is made. Until and Unless a high percentage of people have this awareness, the present situation will continue at the center forever and it might still go worse in future.

Missed out names in TN Election 09.

Today morning i got up by around 6.45, dressed up well and also made my parents too start along with me from our place to do our duty. As we have changed our house from Purasaiwalkam to Kodambakkam in Chennai almost 2years back, we thought we would still have our votes at Purasaiwalkam which comes under the Central Chennai constituency and so went over there as responsible citizens in spite of avoiding a valid reason of distance. The Election Card which we possess is a new card issued by the EC in the year 2006 after prior verifications. Though i had the doubt of names missing out from the rolls, my mother was very much confident that she said she had a similar situation earlier and has successfully caste her vote. So even was i then confident of having my name. But it was the other way round where i was only able to search for our names in the list but could not vote. The most funny incident today was a person who resides at Purasaiwalkam for more than 65years (whom i know in person very well) also had to return home by knowing that his name missing in the rolls. While i was standing in the que i found that the Que was not on move and found the reason that for more than an hour the voting machine was under repair. At last when we came to know about our names missing, we were forced to return home and so we did. After my return i came to know similar complaints in a large no than compared to that of the previous elections. After me initiating many as i can to vote, i felt really bad that i could not caste it that too for the first time. Its not only the general public but also few leading and famous cine stars too found their names missing like for example Mr.Kamalhassan. As a responsible citizen and a media person, i took this issue to the State EC. The response from them was a blame over the revenue department of the TN GOVT for failing in proper verifications. Of course that seemed to be a valid one but should i say that this time the process of Elections in TN was worse than before. Govt officials proving their mere laziness to even come for a proper verification which happens once in 2or 3years. The failing of voting machines at various poll stations and capture of poll booths by the ruling party with the support of the police in TN must have really irritated the general public. But i have the responsibility to say that the malpractices by the state ruling party DMK in TN was comparatively a little lesser than what they generally do during their rule :)

Hi my dear readers. You might have a weird feeling as why is postings not been done from 7th of may in my blog..There are two main reasons. One is that i am in to typhoid and so was not active in my daily life but now able to do better and that is why i am back here. and another reason is I came to know that few people think that my blog is only against Congress and my posts are something like an election propaganda. But should i say that the BJP is not in power as of now and so i am forced to write only about the Congress :) so in this regard i stopped writing as the EC says propaganda should stop by 11th of may in TN. But now as the elections are over here, I am able to be back active. As usual though there are no comments from my wonderful readers, i thank all of you for your wonderful support for my blog and regular visits..Thank you and here i go.......

CBI - Congress Bureau Of Investigation.

CBI which is known as Central Bureau Of Investigation which had the top most respect from the public has lost its charm and fair views of investigations in the recent times and has become a custom made by the Congress party. It has failed to act in an efficient and honest manner in many of the cases which the country has not seen in the past. The recent issues being one that of Mr.Quttrocchi and another dealing with former telecommunications minister Mr.Dhayanidhi Maran. The earlier's case is been in investigations for so many no of years and Quttrocchi being named the top in the case of Borpus Scandal is been relieved out of it recently without the investigation being come to an end. The reason for this said by our Hon.Prime Minister is Extraordinary as he says "It is not good to trouble someone for a very long time". I am totally unable to understand his point. How could an investigation be troublesome when the person is been adjudged the top in the crime??!!!! If it is so then is this policy is what is been followed with others too in the country??!! and how come a top responsibility holder like Prime Minister can quote such a silly statement??!! All this is possible only by the present central government. The public may think why such a soft corner is been shown to Quttrocchi!! The reason is nothing but he seems to be an Italian and relative to none other than Mrs.Sonia Gandhi. That is why i have mentioned a new name for CBI in the title. The Congress government has not stopped here alone nor has begun. For people who think it in this way, here goes a few examples from the past. Last year when The Congress was in need of the support of UP chief minister Mayawathi, all the cases which were there then against her in the CBI were brought down and during the Trust Vote when Mayawathi turned against Congress, the cases were taken back again for investigation and were in severe progress. Not only that, Mr.Mulayam Singh rendered the helping hands for the congress in the Trust Vote and in return got the cases against him come down from CBI-Congress Bureau Of Investigation. Few days back, Miss.Jayalalitha of AIADMK has slammed up Mr.Dhayanidhi Maran for the corruptions he made in support of his Brother run Tv Channel network SUN when he was in power. She also mentions clearly that CBI Report itself says this. Till now neither the CBI nor the central govt has replied anything in this regard. Again, lets go around a small flash back. Dhayanidhi Maran belongs to the DMK party which is in coalition with the congress. Dhayanidhi was out of his minister post and DMK few months ago for a period of time due to some internal family politics in his party as the party itself is dominated by Mr.Karunanidhi and his family. It is believed that this report of CBI against him was given out at that period of time when he was against his party and now when he is back in the party again, CBI and the Congress are in deep thought as what to do with this issue. They were also happy that this has not been brought out by anyone in a major form. But the head ache has begun for them in the form of Miss.Jayalalitha who always proves her Brilliance by taking up such kinda issues with prior references and proofs. I could clearly sense the confused state of mind of the people who are reading this post as what is happening here!! But this is the present situation of our country which was not so worse as this in the past. People of our country has till now seen The Police department made a doll in the hands of few state governments but had high respect for Bureaus like CBI which has also lost its respect and belief from the public now by the act of The Congress. Concluding CBI is no more a Central Bureau Of Investigation but it is Congress Bureau Of Investigation till the Congress is in Power.

The Black Money Scandal.

I thought this would be the right time to bring in the issue of Indian Black money in the Swiz bank. It was a week back i believe, when The Supreme Court(SC) issued a notice to the CBI to investigate the role of Mr.Modi in the 2002 Gujarat Riots, The Congress were in cloud nine where they were still more able to politicize the issue for their vote bank politics. As usual our so called Media were jumping in over the issue by telecasting this with various debates over it,most of them being in oppose to Mr.Modi. But today the SC has ordered the central government to file an affidavit regarding the steps taken in getting the details of black money from the swiz banks. . What do The Congress and The Media has to answer for this??!!! In fact the German bank has given the details of a/c holders whose money are deposited over there. But The Congress is stepping back to open up the details to the world. If we begin thinking that what could be the reason, It would be that The Congress and their coalition parties' members with a handful no of other party members(non upa) too would top the chart!! No wonder over my point as one cannot forget neither the Borpas Scandal during the Rajiv Gandhi's rule nor the recent one The Spectrum Scandal which hit the list with 60,000crore rs. It is evident that Mr.L.K.Advani has been in providing constant promises over this issue of black money that if BJP forms the government in the center,it will take sincere actions(assurance of 100days time limit) in bringing in the money which is stagnant in a illegal way in the swiz banks. Why do i mention this because, Mr.Rahul Gandhi who is portrayed as The Feature and The Future of India has been making a fool of himself in this issue by being unaware of the facts. He questions Mr.Advani that why does BJP's concern fall over this issue all of a sudden before the elections. But the answer for his question is, it is in the last few months The Swiz banks have agreed to provide the details of its a/c holders from India if the Indian Govt wish to and that is why Mr.L.K.Advani,claims on this issue as being a responsible leader of the opposition. Mr.Gandhi should also be aware of the fact that Swiz banks are not one or few among the nationalized banks of India functioning in India controlled by RBI where the details could be claimed without much procedures. Only when the banks of Swiz are ready to open up the details with their prior willingness, the govt can claim those and that's why when such statement was announced by swiz banks , Mr.Advani started questioning the Congress few weeks after that as what is the position of the central govt over this issue and what are the steps taken by them in claiming the details. But the answer was silence from The Congress. It was even trying to politicize the issue and still. Now Media has the responsibility to hold the neck of the congress over this issue as the govt is not even ready to come out with the details which are provided to them to an extent as of now by the German bank. But as usual our English TV Media who act a Pro Congress will leave this issue as it is.!!!!!!

Mumbai's Low Voters Turnout.

Mumbai outcry post 26/11 failing to vote. The city has faced its low voters turnout. The percentage has come down in a large no compared to that of 2004 polls. The reason behind this is no wonder the 26/11 attacks and The Congress' fail to control terrorism in the country. It clearly portrays the people's stand against terrorism. As we all are aware of the malpractices by the political parties, especially the ruling ones which has more power to enact such, these kinda negligence to vote by the general public will result in the parties' benefit as fake votes will be easily casted.

Kashmiri Pandits in Jammu Kashmir Could Not Vote.

I was watching a report about the polling in Jammu Kashmir,precisely in anantnag ,kashmiri pandits when went to vote did not find their names in the list when protested, police beat them .
This issue should be taken very seriously specially against those who talk of secularism and trying to malign the agenda of Hindutva calling it communal.
while whole of the media and so called Seculars were crying about Gujarat victims ,what do they have to say about this???!!!
At least Mr.Modi did not stop Muslims to vote in Gujarat. In fact he gained a very good support from the minorities without which he could not have elected for the post for the 2nd time consequently even though he was portrayed as the merchant of death by The Congress and The Media together.
Coming back to this point. There have been a large no of ill treatments taking place for several no of Hindus in various parts of our country. But as usual our media is doing their job properly by evading these kinda serious issues as it is something against the secularism they speak i believe!!! Of course what do Hindus and others know about Secularism better than The Congress and The Media??!!! :) So we have no rights to talk about Secularism...Only they both have...

Illegal Migration and The Congress' Stand.

Migration doesn't alone lead to just a mere increase in population in a country but it also deals with various other serious issues like terrorism etc. Though there are various issues relating from illegal migrations, terrorism stands tall out of all. We have seen different countries handling terrorism in different ways. But most of those being very much strong towards controlling it in their country. But it is in India the view towards terrorism and terrorists are totally different from others.A major issue which is been eating out our country in the recent times is the migrants from Bangladesh through Assam. There have been a large no of people migrating from Bangladesh to our country. Already we have had enough lessons from Pakistan. In the midst, here comes another from Bangladesh. Though we cannot say that all the migrants are terrorists, it is a fact that a major portion of these people are entering in to the country to increase the terrorist activities. It is even said that most of them are indirectly sent through various terrorist groups. But the most unacceptable and unseen fact in this is that these people are turned as the fixed deposits in The Congress Vote Bank. This act of illegal migration is strictly been warned by few social activists over a period of time and a main person among them being the editor of Thuglak magazine Mr.Cho Ramasamy. He has clearly stated several times over the issue that actions should be taken in this regard as soon as possible as it is not advisable for our country's safety. But the Govt is proving to be dis interested in such issues as the Congress clearly view the migrants as their votes than anything else. I have clearly stated even in my past posts that The Congress step back in being strong over terrorism which in turn has blasted out in Mumbai(26/11) which was an unimaginable attack. When terrorists can enter in to such a main commercial hub of our country and successfully perform their disasters with ease then such are the security measures taken by the govt which prove inefficient. We need severe laws that keeps the terrorist activities in control in the country. Need for laws like POTA is in high demand.But who canceled POTA?? Why was it canceled?? only Congress is aware of all such!!! Why do they hesitate to bring back POTA which acted efficiently to keep terrorism in control??!!! No one knows the answer. The Congress has taken up the issue of Kandahar(where an Indian airlines flight with 190people were hi jacked by the terrorists during the BJP rule and was taken to a place called Kandahar) in this elections and been posting questions over it. But at least during then, in exchange of three terrorists,the people hi jacked were brought back safely. The Congress cannot deny the fact that even it agreed for the deal with the hijackers then in an all party meeting. Post Kandahar saw severe laws like POTA coming in to existence by the govt then and keeping terrorism under the belt. But when The Congress came in to power, it removed POTA and was very much softer towards terrorism which has ended up in the unforgettable Mumbai blasts were more than 230 people were killed. Is the Congress not questionable over this severe attack?? Why does the Media leave the govt unquestionable??!!! Here i again state that the present days media(mainly TV media) goes hand in hand with the ruling govt. I should now here tell you that Media played a major role in indirectly helping the terrorists during the attack at Taj and Nariman house. Everything which were happening then outside The Taj and The Nariman house were telecast ed so neatly by the channels without even realizing the fact that the terrorists were well equipped inside and so that these kinda activities would certainly help them more in making their further steps easier!!??!! Now what is the position of terrorist Kasav's case over the Mumbai attacks??!!! It seems that it is moving further slower than it was before and why is Afzal Guru's sentence is not yet been completed by the govt?? Several questions remain unanswered by The Congress...I have already mentioned clearly that The Congress is hurting Muslims by indirectly relating terrorism to Islam(a respectable religion) and stepping back to control it with iron hands as they fear to lose the votes of Muslims.Concluding, if these kinda migrations and softer view towards terrorism are not brought to an end by The Congress in time properly then India will have to face further worst situations in future.

The Reason Behind The Communist's Stand.

Though realizing the fact that Nuke Deal is the most vital agreement for the progress of our country, people might wonder why does The Communists end up proving an hindrance to it!! But the reason is so simple and clear that The Communists of India are always in well go with our country's relationship with China or Russia but not with any other country. In specific, with countries like US. With the kinda agreements like Nuke Deal, it is not only the relationship between two countries go strong but also the beneficiary of the agreement(in this case, it is India) goes more powerful which is not good for China here because they are the one who always try to fudge the war or attacks over our country and our Communists stand in support to them. This could be clearly viewed by the past stands of them for ex in Indo-China War or the Chinese encroachments in Indo-China border areas. Already most of the places which belong to our country has been captured over illegally by China. The Congress govt has hardly taken any action against it. No wonder it hasn't as because the govt itself was surviving with the support of the Communists for 4and half yrs and so maintaining the Regime was the main criteria for The Congress than the welfare of the country.

Nuclear Deal and the Lesson Taught.

I here by feel it is my duty to thank and appreciate our Prime Minister Dr.Manmohan Singh, a renowned economist and an experienced leader. I remember those days where i was a regular reader of his Economic related books. Coming to the topic, The most incredible implementation enacted by him is the signing of Nuclear deal with The US which proves beneficiary for the future of our country as it mainly caters our need for the electricity nor in defense, as it helps us to be updated with the kinda nuclear weapons and also in few more topics. But again it is only our honorable PM who could sense the real face of toughness which he faced to implement the deal. The oppose in general for any new projects will be from the opposition parties in countries like India. But here it was the Upside Down where his own coalition parties who were severely against it. Especially the so called Communists who played such a selfish role was the top noted and the highlight of the whole show. But at last their efforts were in vain. BJP in fact was in favor for the deal indirectly and few MPs of BJP also voted out in favor for this agreement during the trust votes in the Parliament. (Sri.L.K.Advani gave a wonderful speech in the parliament during the day of trust poll regarding this issue which cannot be forgotten by the people who watched it then and he also assured that even if BJP comes to power,it will enact this agreement. His speech was widely appreciated even by most of the Print and TV media), Were else the Communists were proving their real face to the public. Though the PM won the scene, the ways followed for the sake of success over the deal was the unexpected scene which our country would have ever witnessed. The earlier step was to convince the left and the right Communists where both Mrs.Sonia Gandhi and Dr.Manmohan singh conducted different stages of meetings with The Communist Parties though at the end of each there was no improvement as the Communists were holding strong on to their point. In fact there was a time where even the Congress people were not ready to lose the power and so was likely to favor the Communists. In the whole drama, The PM was made inactive(in fact its a known fact that he is acting from the hands of his party's President), and finally when he realized that there is not gonna be a favorable situation for the agreement anymore from The Communists, he strictly announced that he will resign his post if it this continues. But who cared about it?? Communists even then did not give up so easily else they ended up in bringing down the government to a stand still where they invited for a trust poll in the Parliament. The Congress at last won the trust votes of course. But it had to enact all possible illegal acts for the sake of success. It Purchased Mps hailing from different parties with the use of either money or assurance of certain benefits to them where most of the Mps ended up with different demands for which The Congress agreed. For Ex: Sibu Soran who is accused by the court under few criminal acts was made the CM of Jharkand for the support given by his party Mps to The Congress and a deal with Mr.Mulayam Singh of Uttarpradesh as to bring down all the criminal cases which were then filed against him etc etc. In fact if The Congress would have faced the people by then instead, they would have had the possibility of success in elections by fore fronting mainly the issue of Nuclear Deal and also the selfishness of The Communists. But having a brilliant term, they themselves had the fear to lose as they were so clear about their failure in providing a good governance during the term and so was not ready to take the risk and lose the power even few months before the end of the term. Though these parties had their own status with the deal, it is The DMK of Tamilnadu and its leader and CM of TN had a clear and a clever vision over the deal. One day his statement would be in favor for the deal and the other day it changes. He has mentioned that Communist's status is ours too and the other day he has made it clear(confuse) by saying that he is not against The Congress. Such was his Stability over the Deal(not over this issue alone). Why does he end up in such fluctuating statements is because again the greediness over the power which hits him too. As his govt in the state has relatively a less no of MLAs which is not enough to run the rule. It had both Congress and Communist's support at that time for the govt which he does not wanted to lose and similar was the status of Congress too and that is why they ended up in all kinda malpractices than facing the public, as in to remain in the power till the actual end of term of the govt... Such is the position of the people who are ruling our country at present. It does not care about the welfare of the public but instead worried about its own needs. It was Dr.Manmohan singh, who was so strong in bringing in the deal for the public which is highly appreciable. He as a single man fought against greediness and selfishness and finally ended up successful in bringing in the deal which is beneficial for the country. But his own party and the coalition parties ended up in showing their real face to the public.

Mis Use Of The Power and Corruption.

Corruption has become an unavoidable situation in the country today. But it has reached its peak in this Govt. Where the major scandal being the Corruption over the Spectrum issue. Even a Lay person(aam aadhmi) in the country knows the process of Govt in giving out the orders or tenders.It is the on going process for so many years in our country as which ever company ends up coming out with the least amount of tender, the order in turn goes to them. But in Spectrum's Case alone it was altogether different as the telecommunication department Minister said the process on this allotment was carried out on the basis of first come first served. How come it can be processed in such a manner without even getting the approval from the Prime Minister?? or is the approval been really done??!! Even if that is the case, it is not so easy or a possible task to change the ongoing process for so many years in the govt machine.Instead the govt should produce the change in process in front of the members of parliament and should get its approval. The Minister was charged in this issue. The amount of Indian money been bribed out of this is not a minimum no to be digested!! but to the maximum of Rs.60,000Crores!! The media as usual raised this issue in a grand manner and fell down in the same pace. The issue was surviving in the media only for a week maximum i believe. Then it was left out..By Whom?? The Question mark still stands tall. . .
There was no commission been appointed to come out with the facts over this issue nor did the PM take any step to get the facts behind it done. When a question was posted by the media to the CM of Tamilnadu (whose party's MP is the minister involved in the scandal) in this regard, the reply by him was "Everything regarding this issue has come to an end ie it is an ended story" It has come to an end??!! As how?? Who analyzed the facts behind it and how come it came to an end?? Is 60,000crore an easy amount to be left like this??!! But it is possible only by this particular govt. We should here turn back and see as any such similar situation has happened in the past to an extreme level like this and left so casually!!??!!

Next comes is the issue relating to the misuse of the power by the shipping and road transport minister. He has used his power to get the government orders done for the companies owned by his son. To an extreme extent, he in fact got the letters signed by the PM's office itself. People wonder as how come without Prime minister's knowledge the letters would have come out in favor for the minister recommended companies!!??!! and again the media rose so quickly against the issue and threw away the news in very few days and doesn't talk about it then.Might be out of fear!!?!! Now what has happened to this issue at least?? Does any Commission has been appointed by the Government to come up with the facts behind nor does The PM take any action against the concerned minister??!! In fact here the PM himself is answerable as how come so many no of letters to an extent of 8 i believe has got in signed by his department in favor for the minister recommended companies!!??!! We are really unaware of what is the media doing!!??!! Why does it drop out such serious issues so soon??!! Who is acting behind them??!! All these are answerable by The Congress which is in power. People of India, especially the youth just go blindly behind what the media says. Being in such a responsible position, today's media is proving its dis honesty in their duties. India has never faced such a situation where even a normal action is not taken against the people who involve in such acts nor the Media's mouth is been shut in such manner.

A Hearty Welcome to everyone.... A normal Indian who is concerned about our country comes out with a blog..Hope you all lend me your enormous support..

My first and foremost article is going to be titled as The Congress pushing back India. I am a kinda person who has never stepped back to impose my strong views on the happenings in our country. Present day's media prove so hopeless as it fails to do its job properly over many issues. It manipulates a lot of important news. This Blog is mainly to bring the untold facts by the media. People can post their topics and question me over the topics where i am always ready to answer you all.

Congress Push Back India

1. Congress The Pseudo Secular Govt.

It is evident that congress has failed to act efficiently over various important issues , the major being the Inflation which has in turn resulted in various Economic disorders. But turning back to this topic is the kinda secularism provided by the Congress..What does secularism in general means?? It says equal rights should be given to all..But is it what the situation prevailing in our country?? Don't we really sense the Communal imbalance in regard to various issues?? For ex: Mr.Varun Gandhi has been arrested for speaking against a particular community or disarranging the communal harmony in the country. It is a welcome act of course. But even a week before his speech there was a similar or even a much more stronger statement is been delivered against Hindus by someone, which has in turn made Varun react. I am not here to justify anyone's speech but why do i state this because the people who know this issue throughout want to know is any action been taken against the other person too??!! Hope the Law is same for everyone !!??!! and apart from this, do anyone who debate on this topic know the situation which is prevailing in Pilibhit for over the years??!! There is a huge no of ill treatments which are taking place still against the so called majority Hindus and the cases filed against the ill creators to the police personnel are in Vain. It is believed that in most of the cases even the FIR are not filed..It is evident by this that The Police do go hand in hand with the ill creators. In fact this sought of situation prevails not only in Pilibhit but also in several other parts of our country but it is never been brought in to the lights by the present day's Media which in turn join hands with the Ruling govt nor its Pseudo Secularism. Let me make you clear that i am not encouraging any kinda riots but conveying you the facts which really lead to communal dis harmony. There should be equality or real secularism and not a false one. People who talk on these issues are labeled as Hindutvas and non-secularists by the Congress,Communists and many other parties and even a percentage of youngsters do go by these false scene created by few parties like Congress. But before making such labellings let them make us clear that is there any law for providing security only to the so called minority religions and evading Hindus??!! How come parties like The Congress, Communists or the others who only care about vote banks(which they believe the minorities and voicing only for them) pose as non secularists??!! They are Proved Pseudo Secularists. The Congress being in Power is failing to maintain the Communal balance. I appreciate Congress in taking a severe step against Varun but strongly condemn for not following the same with the other community people who end up in similar speeches. The government should really impose strict laws to bring down all such speeches which end up in creating a communal disharmony but at the same time the Law imposed should be equal for everyone without any discrimination ie the government should end up in action against the Non-Hindus too when they end up in such speeches. Next comes is The Terrorism. Does The Congress really have strong hands over Terrorism?? The party indirectly relate Terrorism to a particular community(Islam) and step back to impose severe laws to control it as they fear to lose votes. There cant be a better hurt been created by anyone than Congress over the followers of Islam(a respectable religion). People of Islam in India themselves does not encourage such step back acts by the govt in relation to terrorism which i am sure..They also demand for a strong law which controls terrorism. Now Where does The POTA act has gone?? Why is it been removed by The Congress?? The party is answerable in this regard.
